Your username is the email address from your Portal to Recovery invitation. Enter that email, or the mobile phone number saved on your profile. If it matches a client, partner, or therapist profile, we email a reminder to the address on that profile. The reminder names the email you use to sign in. We do not text the phone number, and this page does not say whether a profile was found.
